Caya is modern fitness boutique located on the south shore of Long Island. Our vision for the studio was to create a fun space with an alternative vibe, but with added personal touches that can only be found in a smaller, more intimate setting. Our goal is to assist each of our clients in creating a fitness routine that is personalized to their specific needs.
We offer a variety of group Pilates, barre and yoga classes, as well as private training sessions with the reformer. Whether you're just starting out, or a fitness enthusiast looking to advance or deepen your practice, we are confident you'll find classes you love.
At Caya, we believe that each practice is complementary, and encourage our clients to take a variety of different classes. Optimal strength, tone, flexibility and mindfulness is achieved through a multi-disciplinary approach to fitness.
Kelly made the transition from student of Pilates to Pilates studio owner in 2017. Her passion and desire for a healthy, vibrant, and active lifestyle drew her to the physicality of the Pilates method. Promoting the benefits of Pilates has become a passion and a life goal. Like all great teachers, she has become consumed and transformed by the art and the process. Strength and core training, with respect for the individual are her strongest points. Her experience as a team leader drives her to inspire and motivate individuals in a group or virtual setting. Kelly has completed 450 hours of training through the Pilates Equinox Institue and is also certified in Pilates Mat and Barre.
